VICIDIAL · live floor

Loading...

One row per call-center cluster: the server whose database holds the live VICIdial tables, with its dialers under it. In call = agents talking (INCALL/QUEUE). Ready = waiting for a call (READY, or CLOSER for inbound). Calls waiting = customers on hold for an agent. Remote agents (extension R/…, e.g. TOR → Veritas PBX) are counted apart from people. Flags: no data for 10 min · calls waiting with nobody ready · auto-dial campaigns with an empty hopper while agents are ready · half or more of the agents paused · pauses over 30 min · frozen sessions · 20+ dead calls in an hour. Click a cluster for its live campaigns and agents.

VICIDIAL / DB SERVER
NOTIFY EMAIL (optional)
Every mode runs CHECK TABLE and ANALYZE TABLE on all tables, plus ViciDial's log archiving (moves rows older than 6 months to archive tables). With the script as deployed, CHECK ONLY and NO OPTIMIZE do the same thing: both only skip OPTIMIZE. MyISAM tables (most of ViciDial) are write-locked while they are checked, so run it outside calling hours.
